FOOD ORDER ERRORS/REFUNDS
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice an error in your order so we can make your meal as intended. You may come to pick up the correct food item. If you decide to return the item, please keep in mind:
Only missing or wrong items can be refunded. WE WILL NOT refund any other items in your order if they are made as per request.
To receive a refund, items MUST be returned in its original container and without any signs that 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed from the original packaging. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with in a way we cannot verify its origin or issue, WE WILL NOT issue any discount, refund, or store credit.
You will be refunded the sales price amount to your credit card associated with the error. Please keep in mind that your refund might take up to 3 business days to be processed.
Your order will be a priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please see our cashier or host at the entrance of the restaurant. Please have ready your order number and name so we can take care of you as soon as possible.
FOOD DISSATISFACTION
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we can investigate and address the issue. We will prepare a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we will refund your payment after receiving the food in the original container(s) and confirming the error at the discretion of the manager on duty.
SPICE LEVEL
We offer a choice of spice levels 0 through 5. The spice can be different for everyone. We suggest that you start at a low spice level (you can add spice in, but can’t take it out!) We do not offer discounts or refunds for a preferred different spice level, but please let us know if you’d like us to add a side of ground chili, chili oil sauce, or sriracha. (Please note: for an extra side of ground chili, chili oil sauce, or sriracha, price starts from $1.00 & up)
PICK UP ITEMS
We are not responsible for the damage of any food items once the customer picks up the order, or when it leaves our restaurant.
Please note: We strive to prepare and package our pick-up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind that the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.
STORE CREDIT
All store credits expire within 30 days of the original purchase. To redeem for store credit, please call our restaurant directly.
